ARNG: Available to all service members

• Go to the following website: https://onlinecampus.pec.ngb.army.mil/ and click New Student.
• Choose a user name and password, (no special characters can be used).
• Select "NGPEC" for the organization, there is no enrollment key for this course, it is open to the general public. Press Submit.
• Complete the entire enrollment form. Press submit. Return back to the student main menu section. You are now ready to register for the course.
• Click on "Register for a course", choose any of the Training Centers (i.e. Logistics, Human Resources, Strength Maintenance, etc...).
• Select ESGR and click on Register.

USNR: Available to members of the USN and USNR

• Go to Navy Knowledge On Line (NKO) at wwwa.nko.navy.mil/portal/splash/index.jsp.
• Choose the Navy Reserve Fundamentals Course (a 10 hour course that includes numerous areas applicable to the USNR including ESGR), or
• Choose the Navy Reserve Constraints Course (a 1 hour ESGR specific course).
