United States Senator John Boozman of Arkansas signed a Statement of Support for the Guard and Reserve. Senator Boozman signed the Statement of Support during his address to the Arkansas Veterans Coalition meeting in Sherwood, Arkansas on Friday, August 19, 2011. During his remarks, Senator Boozman emphasized the importance of recognizing our employers of Guard and Reserve Members during this time that the Guard and Reserve is so heavily utilized in the defense of our Nation. The Senator also addressed the need to assist our counties and municipalities that have first responders serving in the Guard and Reserve. Senator Booozman stated the critical importance of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Program.
