Accepting the ESGR Above and Beyond Award on behalf of Mr. Ed Beshore, Director, Catalina Sky Survey is Mr. Richard Hill, Team Member.   The nominator was Sgt Jeffery Ahern, 6263rd Medical Support Unit, Tucson, AZ. 
 
Sgt Ahern states:  Mr. Beshore has done an excellent job in supporting me in the Army Reserve.  He has been more than flexible and encouraging when it comes to giving me time off. He also has shown that he is interested in my time with the Army Reserve and encourages me to be the best that I can be and to promote myself.
