Phoenix, Arizona Office of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (AZESGR) presented Mrs. Cheryl A. Ramirez from Bank of America with the Patriot Award; submitted by PO 3rd Class Jacqueline E. Kemmerer who stated:

Cheryl Ramirez is my direct manager. She is a VP with Bank of America and has always been very supportive of my work with the Navy. She offers her time and assistance to me and my family while I am gone and makes sure that any paperwork is completed for me so that no benefits are disrupted. Bank of America as a whole is very supportive for military employees as well as for military as customers.

As the 1.1 million members of the National Guard and Reserve continue to perform an increasing number of unique missions with America's borders and beyond, ESGR will continue to be the resource for the employers of citizen warriors.
