In working with organizations such as Employer Partnership of the Armed Forces, the Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Association, ESGR's goal is to improve employment opportunities for transitioning service members.  ESGR's Employment Initiative Program (EIP) will make a difference at the local level by using the 4,700 ESGR volunteers to connect with employers and service members and communicate the many employment resources available to them.  For additional information on EIP, go to  www.ESGR.mil/EmploymentInitiative
