LINCOLN -Judson Byleen and Cary Heimes have received a high compliment; a nomination for the ESGR Patriot Award from Ethan Schroeder, one of their own employees at Judson Irrigation in Lincoln.

Byleen is president and Heimes is operations manager of the company.

Bill Nelson, Nebraska Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve executive director, and Keith Brown, ESGR volunteer, presented the awards to Byleen and Heimes with Schroeder looking on. Schroeder, a National Guardsman, will deploy to Afghanistan later this year. The Patriot Award serves as recognition and appreciation for the solid support he has received from his civilian bosses.

Byleen also signed an ESGR Statement of Support to declare Judson Irrigation¹s longterm commitment to National Guard and Reserve personnel and their families when they must be away for training or deployment.
