Bosque Farms, SC - The Valencia County Chamber of Commerce received a Department of Defense Seven Seals award during their monthly business meeting.  The meeting was held at Sopa’s Restaurant.  Employer’s Support for Guard and Reserve (ESGR) State Chairman Budgie Green presented the awards.  This award exemplifies support to the seven branches of the United States’ Military.  In addition Mr. Green presented Certificates of Appreciation to eleven (11) members of the Chamber Staff.

During comments State Chairman Green emphasized the core mission of ESGR to do Employer Outreach.  Attendees also received information on how to work with Soldiers in their employment who must also attend to their military obligations.

As the 1.3 million members of the National Guard and Reserve continue to perform an increasing number of unique missions with America’s borders and beyond, ESGR will continue to be the resource for the employers of citizen warriors.
