Norfolk, VA December 12, 2011.  Recently Vice Admiral Dirk  Debbink, USN, the Chief of Navy Reserve,  presented Doyle Quisenberry the “Office of the Secretary of  Defense Award for Outstanding Achievement” plaque  on behalf of the Secretary of Defense to commemorate his 13 ½ years service to military veterans and their employers through the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) organization. Observing is his wife Frances and Steve Villalpando,Virginia ESGR State Chair, This is the first such award presented to a member of the Virginia ESGR Tidewater Committee which serves the Hampton Roads area, the largest committee in Virginia which includes the cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach , Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk and surrounding counties. Doyle resides in Virginia Beach and is know as “Mr. ESGR”
 in the Hampton Roads area.
