On 7 November, 2011 Chuck Hill (Center), Logistics and Sourcing Coordinator, Nord Resources Corporation Johnson Camp Mine, Dragoon, Arizona received an ESGR Patriot Award from PVT Joshua Lindsey, Det 1, Co B, 640th Aviation, Marana, AZ.  Pictured are Ashley Williams (L), Administrative Coordinator and John Travassos (R), Safety, Environmental and Property Manager.  PVT Lindsey is currently on a military specialty training mission.

PVT Lindsey states:  Having only been employed for 2 weeks at Nord Resources, my bosses gave me my sixth week off with pay to prepare for shipping.  Although I will be gone at least 9 months they didn't hesitate to
let me know that my job will be there waiting for me upon my return.  They put time and money into training me in my position knowing they would lose me in just a few weeks.  I will be proud to return in nine months and work hard for these outstanding people.
