Texas ESGR Committee Region Director Bill Cyrus and Area 2 Volunteer Jim Stoa presented an ESGR Banner to Major General Eldon Regua, Commander of the 75th Brigade Combat Training Division for display at the newly constructed Houston Reserve Center located at Ellington Field. Joining MG Regua in the photograph is CW2 Dylan Raymond of the Brigade who is also an ESGR Ombudsman with the Texas Committee.

The Houston Reserve Center is one of eight Texas facilities selected by the US Army Reserve Command to be among the initial recipients of the ESGR Banner, a special initiative of the Army Reserve to demonstrate its partnership with ESGR to strengthen relationships with employers. The new Houston Reserve Center is the host facility for 75th BCTD, 1st Battalion 23rd Marines and the Houston Naval Operations Center which were previously stationed at the SGM Macario Garcia Reserve Center in downtown Houston.
