Smyrna, DE – Christine Kubik, Executive Director, and Robert Welch, Employer Outreach Volunteer for the Delaware Committee for ESGR honored Mr. William Robeson, Mr. Emil Reh, and Mr. Dennis Quinn, all management team members at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics facility in Newark, DE with Patriot Awards, in recognition of their extraordinary support of employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve.  The recipients were nominated by employee and Reservist CPT John Johnson.  CPT Johnson serves in the Army Reserve 7301st MTSB, Ft. Dix, NJ.

In the nomination of his most, direct supervisor, Mr. William Robeson, CPT Johnson stated, “Bill is and has been extremely supportive of myself and another reservist, SFC William Young.”  He further wrote, “Even though the absence of two employees would adversely affect the sections numbers, Bill continues to be supportive when military duty days fall during the week.”  Mr. Robeson has also served our country as a Marine.

According to Christine Kubik, Delaware ESGR Executive Director, “the ESGR Patriot Award was created to publicly recognize individuals who provide outstanding patriotic support and cooperation to their employees, who like the citizen warriors before them, have answered their nation’s call to serve.  Supportive supervisors are critical to maintaining the strength and readiness of our nation’s Guard and Reserve units.  Employers are nominated by their military employees”.
