North Little Rock, Arkansas – The Arkansas Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), an agency of the Department of Defense, announced today Jim Lindsey, Owner of Lindsey Management, was honored with a Seven Seals Award in recognition of his support of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve mission.
According to Rich Green, ESGR Arkansas Program Specialist, “The Seven Seals Award was created by ESGR to publicly recognize individuals who provide significant achievement, initiative or support that promotes and supports the ESGR mission.” Jim Lindsey was nominated for being highly supportive of the ESGR mission and his support of the National Guard and Reserve.
Mr. Lindsey also signed a Department of Defense Statement of Support confirming his continued recognition and support of service members and their families in peace, crisis and war.
Brigadier General Richard Swan, Chief of the Joint Staff, Arkansas National Guard, presented Mr. Lindsey with the Arkansas Diamond Award. He also presented the Arkansas First Award to Gary Meeks, David Wolski and Jini Wolski who are with Lindsey Management. The Diamond Award and the Arkansas First Award are two of the highest awards from the Arkansas National Guard.

Jim Lindsey was an All American Football Player on the 1964 University of Arkansas National Championship Team and also played for the Minnesota Vikings in the National Football League. He served six years in the Arkansas and Minnesota National Guard.
