Texas ESGR Committee Region Director Bill Cyrus and Area 2 Volunteer Jim Stoa presented an ESGR Banner to Major General Eldon Regua, Commander of the 75th Brigade Combat Training Division for display at the newly constructed Houston Reserve Center located at Ellington Field. Joining MG Regua in the photograph is CW2 Dylan Raymond of the Brigade who is also an ESGR Ombudsman with the Texas Committee.
